    Safety for Children

How we keep children safe while they play and learn on Thea and Faye’s Amazing Adventure.

    Our Commitment to Child Safety

Child safety is at the heart of how we build this website. We do not add features if they could put children at risk. Every part of the site is designed with safety in mind.

We ask one question before making any change: "Is this safe for a child to use on their own?" If the answer is no, we do not add it.

This page explains exactly how we protect children who use Thea and Faye’s Amazing Adventure.

    How We Protect Children

    No Accounts Required

Children do not sign up. They do not give a name, email, or password. They just open the site and play. No personal data is collected at any point.

    No Personal Data Collected

Stars, scores, and badges are saved on the device only. This data stays on the device and is never sent to us. Parents can delete it by clearing browser data.

    No Social Messaging

There is no chat, messaging, comment sections, or friend lists. A optional “challenge a friend” code only compares quiz scores — children never message each other through the site.

    Staff-Reviewed Content

Games and pages are written and checked by our team. Custom cursors and free-draw pictures stay on the device only. Suggestions sent through the floating form are reviewed by staff before anything is published — children should not share personal details there.

    Family-Friendly Ads

If ads appear on the site, we use filters to show only family-safe categories. We check ads regularly. If you see an ad that concerns you, please contact us straight away.

    No Push Notifications

We do not send notifications, emails, or any messages to children. There is no way for the site to contact a child. Children come to the site when they choose to.

    What We Do Not Do

We do not collect names, emails, or passwords from children.

We do not allow children to create public profiles.

We do not allow children to share personal information on the site.

We do not sell data to any third party.

We do not send marketing emails to users.

We do not use children's data for advertising purposes.

We do not allow chat or messaging between users.

We do not host user-generated content of any kind.

    COPPA and GDPR

We follow the rules set out by children's privacy laws. This includes COPPA in the United States and GDPR in the United Kingdom and Europe.

We do not collect personal information from children under 13. Because we do not require accounts and do not collect identifiable data, our site complies with these rules by design.

If you believe we have collected personal data from a child by mistake, please contact us right away. We will delete it promptly.
