Help your child get the most out of these games with a few simple strategies. Start with the Easy level to build confidence, then move up once they are consistently scoring three stars. Short, regular practice sessions of 10 to 15 minutes are more effective than longer, infrequent ones.
Encourage your child to explain their thinking aloud as they play. Talking through a maths problem or reading a word before choosing an answer strengthens understanding and builds metacognitive skills. Celebrate effort and improvement rather than focusing solely on scores.
