02 — chapter one
what makes these games different
We write these games in Australia, for Australian kids, and we keep the core set free. Here is what that actually means when your child sits down to play.
Every game is built against the Australian Curriculum. What your child plays after dinner lines up with what the teacher covered that morning — times tables in Year 3, fractions and decimals further up, spelling and phonics from the very start.
The core games stay free forever. Not a seven-day trial, not a locked level three screens in. Maths, English and literacy, science, geography, history and trivia are all open, and always will be.
Each game has easy, medium and hard levels. A Year 1 child counting objects and a Year 6 child edging into early algebra can play the same title without either one feeling silly or stuck. Move the level up when it stops being a challenge.
Stars are saved on the device, so progress is right there when your child opens the game again. There is no child login for the free games — nothing to remember, nothing to type, nothing to hand over.
And it reads like home. Australian spelling, Australian money, Australian places, and short sentences with big obvious buttons, because most of our players are on a phone or a shared tablet.
